Getting in SHAPE has never been this easy! I offer 12 or 24 sessions options for 1 on 1 training in my incredible home gym. The program is customized and geared towards your goals with 2-3 in-person sessions a week. Services include a customized nutrition program with macros calculated and meal plan plus access to my database of meal plans. You will also receive access to my women’s only Facebook group where you get ongoing support, motivation, a weekly recipe, and weekly form checks. Lastly, access to a personalized app that will monitor your workouts and log meal plan is included.
